Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRIP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,758 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STRIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF150, RNU1-72P, and SNRPGP3. Each is linked with STRIP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRIP2-to-partner and partner-to-STRIP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STRIP2 versus RNF150 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
