STRIP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STRIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 304 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC8, MRGPRX2, and ADAM2. Each is linked with STRIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRIP2-to-partner and partner-to-STRIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC8 grouped by STRIP2-low versus STRIP2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
