STRCP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRCP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,840 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRCP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAD, UMPS, and NES_S702. Each is linked with STRCP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRCP1-to-partner and partner-to-STRCP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STRCP1 versus CAD in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRCP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRCP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
