STRC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,106 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPIP5K1, SRP9, and HECTD1. Each is linked with STRC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRC-to-partner and partner-to-STRC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STRC versus PPIP5K1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRC→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
