STRC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,534 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRC-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5189, ARRDC3-AS1, and RNU6-532P. Each is linked with STRC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRC-to-partner and partner-to-STRC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5189 grouped by STRC-low versus STRC-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRC→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
