STRC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRC-associated genes across cancer lineages are S6_pS240_S244, HSP70, and RBM15. Each is linked with STRC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRC-to-partner and partner-to-STRC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, S6_pS240_S244 grouped by STRC-low versus STRC-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRC→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
