Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STRBP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STRBP data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher STRBP Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STRBP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where STRBP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
