STRBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,590 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C9orf78, EHMT1, and BRD3. Each is linked with STRBP in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRBP-to-partner and partner-to-STRBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STRBP versus C9orf78 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
