Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,591 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STRBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC2A8, CAV1, and MYB. Each is linked with STRBP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRBP-to-partner and partner-to-STRBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STRBP versus SLC2A8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
