Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,991 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCBP1, RBM25, and MSN. Each is linked with STRBP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRBP-to-partner and partner-to-STRBP results are reported.
