Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRADA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,995 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STRADA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX42, RPL26, and HNRNPLL. Each is linked with STRADA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRADA-to-partner and partner-to-STRADA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STRADA versus DDX42 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRADA→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRADA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
