Across TCGA cell cohorts, STRADA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,001 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRADA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Microtubule polymerization, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with STRADA in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRADA-to-partner and partner-to-STRADA results are reported.
