Across TCGA cell cohorts, STRADA mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRADA-associated genes across cancer lineages are AZ20, I-BET-151, and (5Z)-7-Oxozeaenol. Each is linked with STRADA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRADA-to-partner and partner-to-STRADA results are reported.
