STRA6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,432 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ISLR2, COL3A1, and OLFML3. Each is linked with STRA6 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRA6-to-partner and partner-to-STRA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STRA6 versus ISLR2 in PCPG, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
