Across TCGA cell cohorts, STRA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,476 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRA6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Paramesonephric duct development, Retinol transport, and Ductus arteriosus closure. Each is linked with STRA6 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRA6-to-partner and partner-to-STRA6 results are reported.
