Across TCGA cell cohorts, STPG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,735 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STPG3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium-dependent cell motility, Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, and Methylglyoxal metabolic process. Each is linked with STPG3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STPG3-to-partner and partner-to-STPG3 results are reported.
