STOX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STOX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,556 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STOX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBF1, STXBP2, and TRIM2. Each is linked with STOX2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STOX2-to-partner and partner-to-STOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STOX2 versus GBF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
