Across TCGA cell cohorts, STOX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,352 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STOX2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translation, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile, and mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with STOX2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STOX2-to-partner and partner-to-STOX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cytoplasmic translation grouped by STOX2-low versus STOX2-high in OESOPHAGUS.
