STOX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STOX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 234 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EML5, CST5, and OR8B8. Each is linked with STOX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STOX2-to-partner and partner-to-STOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EML5 grouped by STOX2-low versus STOX2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
