STOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,841 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALYREF, CDCA2, and DRG1. Each is linked with STOX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STOX1-to-partner and partner-to-STOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ALYREF grouped by STOX1-low versus STOX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
