Across TCGA cell cohorts, STOX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,149 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STOX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cyclin-dependent protein kinase activity, Cellular response to nitrosative stress, and Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination. Each is linked with STOX1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STOX1-to-partner and partner-to-STOX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of cyclin-dependent protein kinase activity grouped by STOX1-low versus STOX1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
