STOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC17A2, ACTL7A, and HSF5. Each is linked with STOX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STOX1-to-partner and partner-to-STOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC17A2 grouped by STOX1-low versus STOX1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
