STON2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STON2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,692 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STON2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UNGP3, ZC3H14, and FRMD6-AS1. Each is linked with STON2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STON2-to-partner and partner-to-STON2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STON2 versus UNGP3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STON2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STON2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
