STON2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STON2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STON2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Cyclin-E2, and EGFR_pY1173. Each is linked with STON2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STON2-to-partner and partner-to-STON2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by STON2-low versus STON2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STON2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STON2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
