STON1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STON1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,038 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STON1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOS1, MAML2, and MYH10. Each is linked with STON1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STON1-to-partner and partner-to-STON1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STON1 versus SOS1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STON1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STON1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
