STON1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STON1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,781 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STON1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB23, MSRB3, and PDLIM4. Each is linked with STON1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STON1-to-partner and partner-to-STON1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STON1 versus RAB23 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STON1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STON1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
