STON1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STON1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,122 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STON1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAMTS12, IGFBP7-AS1, and STAB2. Each is linked with STON1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STON1-to-partner and partner-to-STON1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STON1 versus ADAMTS12 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STON1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STON1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
