STON1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STON1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,609 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STON1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED28P4, RNA5SP413, and RNA5SP422. Each is linked with STON1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STON1-to-partner and partner-to-STON1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED28P4 grouped by STON1-low versus STON1-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STON1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STON1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
