Across TCGA cell cohorts, STON1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,765 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STON1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with STON1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STON1-to-partner and partner-to-STON1 results are reported.
