Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, STON1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STON1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GJD2, GALNTL5, and PRM2. Each is linked with STON1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STON1-to-partner and partner-to-STON1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GJD2 grouped by STON1-low versus STON1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STON1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STON1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
