STOML3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STOML3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,556 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STOML3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNFT2, TMX2, and MAPK6P6. Each is linked with STOML3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STOML3-to-partner and partner-to-STOML3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNFT2 grouped by STOML3-low versus STOML3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STOML3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STOML3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
