STOML3

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STOML3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STOML3-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, PDCD4, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with STOML3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STOML3-to-partner and partner-to-STOML3 results are reported.
