STOML2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STOML2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,369 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STOML2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJA1, UBAP2, and MAD2L1. Each is linked with STOML2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STOML2-to-partner and partner-to-STOML2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STOML2 versus DNAJA1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STOML2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STOML2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
