Across TCGA patient cohorts, STOML2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,506 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STOML2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGP1, CXCL12, and C7. Each is linked with STOML2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STOML2-to-partner and partner-to-STOML2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STOML2 versus RGP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
