STOML1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STOML1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,543 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STOML1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PML, LYSMD2, and PTPN9. Each is linked with STOML1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STOML1-to-partner and partner-to-STOML1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STOML1 versus PML in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STOML1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STOML1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
