Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STOML1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,977 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STOML1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATF5, LONP1, and HSH2D. Each is linked with STOML1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STOML1-to-partner and partner-to-STOML1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STOML1 versus ATF5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STOML1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STOML1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
