Across TCGA patient cohorts, STOML1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 797 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STOML1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7L1P4, RNU6-1290P, and RNU6-633P. Each is linked with STOML1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STOML1-to-partner and partner-to-STOML1 results are reported.
