STOM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STOM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,966 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STOM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STOM_S10, CAV1, and CAVIN1. Each is linked with STOM in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STOM-to-partner and partner-to-STOM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STOM versus STOM_S10 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STOM→partner) and Y-score (partner→STOM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
