Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STOM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,037 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STOM-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCR2, S100A12, and BCL2A1. Each is linked with STOM in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STOM-to-partner and partner-to-STOM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STOM versus CXCR2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STOM→partner) and Y-score (partner→STOM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
