Across TCGA cell cohorts, STOM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STOM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACER1, EPPIN, and ZAN. Each is linked with STOM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STOM-to-partner and partner-to-STOM results are reported.
