STMND1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STMND1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STMND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEUROG3, MIR4510, and MIR5091. Each is linked with STMND1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STMND1-to-partner and partner-to-STMND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NEUROG3 grouped by STMND1-low versus STMND1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STMND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STMND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
