Across TCGA cell cohorts, STMN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,140 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STMN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of Rac protein signal transduction, Microtubule depolymerization, and Regulation of telomere capping.
