STMN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STMN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,327 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STMN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1A, ASPN, and EFEMP2. Each is linked with STMN2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STMN2-to-partner and partner-to-STMN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STMN2 versus MAP1A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STMN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STMN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
