Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STMN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,680 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STMN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL1, SOX10, and NEFH. Each is linked with STMN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STMN2-to-partner and partner-to-STMN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STMN2 versus YPEL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STMN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STMN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
