Across TCGA patient cohorts, STMN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,101 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STMN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPG, CENPH, and MEX3A. Each is linked with STMN1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STMN1-to-partner and partner-to-STMN1 results are reported.
