STMN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STMN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,141 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STMN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP516, RNA5SP420, and OR7E25P. Each is linked with STMN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STMN1-to-partner and partner-to-STMN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP516 grouped by STMN1-low versus STMN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STMN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STMN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
