STK40

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK40 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 615 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK40-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPAG1, TJP3, and EHD1. Each is linked with STK40 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK40-to-partner and partner-to-STK40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK40→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
