STK4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,016 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIPF1, ELMO2, and OGFR. Each is linked with STK4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK4-to-partner and partner-to-STK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK4 versus WIPF1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
