STK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,624 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ57, RNA5SP424, and PHBP15. Each is linked with STK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK4-to-partner and partner-to-STK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ57 grouped by STK4-low versus STK4-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
