Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, eIF4G, and ERK2. Each is linked with STK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK4-to-partner and partner-to-STK4 results are reported.
